One of our favorite R&B singers out right now is Top Dawg Entertainment’s own SiR.
Today, he provides the uplifting vibes with a cover of The Isley Brothers classic “Footsteps In the Dark,” rearranging the music with a band and giving it more of a new-school feel.
You may notice it as the sample Ice Cube used on “Today Was A Good Day,” but we definitely recognize the OG version, which is one of the best Isley songs in the catalog. When it comes to those high notes, SiR killed it.
