Years before Chance The Rapper became a festival headliner and household name, before he made chart history with Coloring Book, He released his first two mixtapes—10 Day and Acid Ra—for free on SoundCloud In 2012 and 2013 respectively.
For years, the mixtape wasn’t available on streaming services which was frustrating for fans who just wanted to get their daily dose of Chance. In anticipation for his debut album, Chance has decided to bring the both records back into the fold.
Now, both 10 Day and Acid Rap are available for the first time on Apple Music, Spotify, and major streaming services. All three of his mixtapes, including 2016’s Coloring Book, are also available on vinyl for the first time on his website.
Back in February, Chance revealed that new music was on the way, hinting at a July release for his first, fully-fledged album release. Details on the release have yet to be announced, though we can assume “Groceries,” which dropped last month, will appear on it.
Chance recently hopped on YBN Cordae’s new track “Bad Idea,” and Ed Sheeran’s “Cross Me” with PnB Rock, He has also launched a pre-order for his next LP. There’s no title or release date just yet, though he previously said it’s due in July. He’s also offering a pre-sale for a forthcoming world tour. Stream 10 Day and Acid Rap below.
