Meek Mill is taking over “SNL.”
NBC announced on Monday (Jan. 14) that Meek Mill will serve as the musical guest for episode 11, which will take place Jan. 26 with actor James McAvoy tapped for hosting duties.
This marks Meek’s first appearance on the late-night show and follows the release of his album Championships, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 last month.

Meek recently shot a video for “Going Bad,” his collaboration with Drake, which is currently No. 21 on the Billboard Hot 100.
Following his “SNL” performance, the rapper-turned-activist will hit the road on his “Motivation Tour.” The 16-city U.S. trek kicks off Feb. 19 in Miami and travels to cities including L.A., Chicago, New York, and Philadelphia, wrapping March 24 in Atlanta.
