Out of Massachusetts comes a voice that refuses to conform. The Flood is not simply making music — they are reviving the honesty, struggle, spirituality, and lived experience that once defined real Rap and Hip-Hop. Formed during the mid-to-late months of 2025 and managed by legendary artist and producer Wyclef Jean, this Rap-Duo of Hundred Round Kado and Lazy Coca have been relentlessly making the way for their foundational genre “Kokaine Gospel”.
Their story-telling showcases the overcoming of trials, and redemption, and aiming higher. The Flood has continued strong in their efforts to change the Rap and Hip-Hop scene, and there’s no stopping now. They just released a new music video for “Synthetik Silence” (May 13th, 2026) alongside a Vinyl Release of their flagship projects OCD (Quarter Brick) executively produced by Wyclef Jean, in late 2025 and BPD (Borderline Powder Disorder) in 2026. Stacking so many accolades upon the foundation of their mission, it seems there is no ceiling for The Flood’s achievements. If one thing is certain it’s that this team isn’t molding to the current Rap culture-they are restoring it.
