Growing up in a first-generation family who have fled some part of the world to come to the US to start a new life often sounds a lot easier than it is. Moving countries can take a lot out of someone and drain them. This is why anyone who is a first-generation immigrant has it in them to get a simple job anywhere and continue their life. This was similarly the case with Joshua Garcia, also known as 3Nights.
3Nights is the first son of an immigrant family that fled the civil war in El Salvador and moved to the United States. They had a roof over their heads; however, the tough realities of life continued. His parents worked extremely long hours to be able to provide for his sibling, and growing up, they had just enough to get by.
3Nights and some of his friends began a rather small dropshipping business that had a good start and developed into something even better. This was the first time he started a business, and it worked out very well. 3Nights gained a lot of confidence as an entrepreneur from this point. The business started to grow so well that he ended up dropping out of college and gave it all his time. Although it was a smart call, he recalls it being one of the most difficult decisions in his life.
For many, this would be enough; however, the journey had just begun for 3Nights. He entered the real estate industry, where he plans to create housing communities for the people of California City, which is 2 hours north of Los Angeles. He wants to build these communities and develop more opportunities for people.
Another area that interests 3Nights is cryptocurrency and NFTs (non-fungible tokens). He had a small group of friends that invested in NFTs. Those tokens have allowed for a movement never seen before in the form of a currency that can be sold and traded. Having done these ventures, 3Nights wants to help people break the glass ceiling and venture into new things.
3Nights launched his store called COOKIES AND KICKS, which has since become an icon and a staple for shoes and fashion in Los Angeles, and the demand is steadily growing in other cities across the nation. The store is now extremely popular and has over 3 million followers on different social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and more. They are also getting major deals with prominent companies such as Nestle.
When turning his attention and talking about what people can learn from him, 3Nights says that you don’t need to have all the information about whatever you want to get into. Just have a decent amount of knowledge and start, but you should be willing to handle the losses. If you can do that and learn along the way, you can make it big. He says the universe will see your hard work and the effort you put it; nothing ever goes unnoticed.
