The Atlanta rapper pairs his new album’s arrival with a visual return to his old neighborhood.
Lil Baby has released FRESH, his fifth studio album, alongside the official video for “Mr. Do Something.” The November 6 release moves the project beyond its rollout and puts all 17 tracks in listeners’ hands.
The album brings Future, Young Thug and Rylo Rodriguez together on “All My Partnas,” while Rodriguez also appears on “In Your Head.” Metro Boomin, Pharrell Williams and London on da Track are among the producers contributing to the record.
The accompanying video is directed by ILMATO and follows Lil Baby through his old Atlanta neighborhood. He watches from a vehicle as people chase after him, giving the release-day visual a setting rooted in the city that shaped his career.
The album includes “Dead Fresh,” the Pharrell-produced single that helped introduce the project. That track reached No. 18 on the Billboard Hot 100 after its debut at Louis Vuitton’s Paris menswear presentation in June.
The release arrives with a busy performance schedule. Universal Music lists an Atlanta Hawks halftime appearance for November 7 and a Tonight Show performance following Sunday Night Football on November 8.
Lil Baby is also scheduled to bring his Fresh Prince of Atlanta birthday celebration to State Farm Arena on December 5. For now, FRESH follows WHAM and The Leaks with a full-length release and a new video available together.
