When it comes to finding your true calling in music, UTMR PlugHunxho, born Marquavious Bohannon, speaks with a deep sense of purpose. As PlugHunxho reflects on his journey, he credits divine intervention for guiding him through a unique path in life.
“I’ve always felt that my life was different, and that God has a plan for me. The experiences and lessons I’ve learned along the way have opened doors for me to use my gift in music,” he shares.
A key highlight of his music career so far has been performing live for the first time at a charity event. “It was my first time on stage, and it felt amazing to connect with the audience. That was a major moment in my career,” he recalls.
UTMR PlugHunxho describes his sound as an eclectic mix, drawing from different styles to create something uniquely his. “I blend the singing style of T-Pain with the gritty rap flow of Moneybagg Yo. I want people to hear something fresh every time they listen to my tracks,” he says. “Challenges with finances have definitely been a roadblock, but that’s part of the grind. His persistence led to the release of his first mixtape, Humbled Youngin, which he considers one of his proudest achievements.
