Chicago-born and Minneapolis-raised artist Tr3von is once again proving that talent, resilience, and authenticity never go out of style. With a journey marked by early struggles and big dreams, Tr3von channels his life experiences into music that resonates deeply — and his latest release, “Wake Up The Night,” is no exception.
“Wake Up The Night” is a high-voltage, feel-good anthem crafted to uplift, energize, and set the tone for unforgettable nights. Blending vibrant Pop energy with the smooth textures of R&B/Soul, Tr3von delivers a track that not only gets people dancing but also reminds listeners to embrace joy, freedom, and celebration. It’s a bold statement from an artist who refuses to play it safe — and it couldn’t have come at a better time.
Tr3von’s roots run deep. Born on September 26th in Chicago, Illinois, he grew up in a single-parent household where family challenges became the fuel for his artistic fire. Even as a child, Tr3von lit up family gatherings with his singing and dancing — a preview of the entertainer he was destined to become.
After relocating to Minneapolis, Minnesota at age 10, Tr3von joined the esteemed Metropolitan Boys Choir, performing at venues like the iconic Orchestra Hall. His passion for performance only grew stronger through his time at the John Robert Powers Performing Arts School, where he developed his voice both literally and lyrically.
But Tr3von’s artistry doesn’t stop at music. In 2011, he captivated audiences with his role as “Deacon” in the production The Devil Didn’t Raise Me, earning praise for his comedic timing and emotional depth. He later starred as “Javon” in You’re Gonna Miss Me When I’m Gone, touring nationally and building a loyal fan base from Minneapolis to Chicago, Denver, Mississippi, and Nebraska.
Adding another powerful credit to his resume, Tr3von became part of the 3x Grammy Award-winning music group Sounds of Blackness, performing in their celebrated holiday production ’Twas The Night Before Christmas at the Guthrie Theater.
Now, with “Wake Up The Night,” Tr3von is stepping fully into the spotlight — and he’s doing it on his own terms. As he continues to write, record, and perform, one thing is clear: Tr3von’s voice is more than just music — it’s a movement. A movement of hope, joy, and passion that audiences can feel in every note.
