Yo Gotti Loves to release new music at a quick pace without wasting too much time between projects. Although he didn’t release an album in 2018, but he kept his name relevant by killing a number of guest appearances.
Gotti is now prepping the release of the follow up to his I Still Am album from 2017. For the first single ‘Put A Date on It’, he has partnered with Atlanta’s hot artist Lil Baby.
Produced by June James, “Put A Date On It” begins with a whining synth that sounds like a horn being pitched up. The crisp hi-hats keep an even tempo as Lil Baby and Gotti drop sing-song flows and braggadocious lyrics.
With an infectious instrumental, solid verses and a catchy hook, this track definitely has good potential. Stream it below.
