Stream YG “Stop Snitchin”
Today, 24 April 2019: YG releases the first single “Stop Snitchin” off his forthcoming full-length album, 4REAL 4REAL, is set to drop May 3. It was originally slated to arrive April 12, but was delayed out of respect for Nipsey Hussle.
The bulk of the Compton rapper’s set was dedicated to his late friend Nipsey Hussle, but for those few moments, YG let it be known that he thinks “snitch n*ggas” are “b*tch n*ggas.”
“Bitch ni**a, snitch ni**a, ho ni**a, bitch ni**a,” he raps over the bouncy production. “You got fear in your heart so you corroborate / I can see how bitch ni**as operate.”
“Stop Snitchin” is dedicated to people who cooperate with law enforcement to save themselves. Because he debuted the song at Coachella with an image of 6ix9ine projected onto the background of the stage about a week ago, many people think YG is referring Tekashi on the track.
