June 14, 2021, 07:17am EST — Meet Kevin Jerome Jumaane Easter Jr, better known by his stage name GTD Kari, is an American rapper from Sacramento, California.
He released his first official song in early 2020 with a collaborative single “Back 2 Back” featuring Lul Jody, that single’s success resulted in GTD Kari linking up with San Francisco’s Lil Yase & sign to Highway 420 productions with distribution from EMPIRE Distribution, Records and Publishing Inc.
GTD Kari continued to give his fans what they wanted by releasing 5 singles & a music video featuring San Francisco’s Lil Yase “Ed, Edd, n Eddy” which had its debut on Mike Sherm’s YouTube page.
GTD Kari then went 8 months without releasing a song but that didn’t stop his shine when he his first project of 2021 “GTD Freestyle” it peaked at almost 100k views on YouTube in less than a month & 200k+ All time streams across all platforms.
While Kari is just getting started, he already has some goals he’d like to achieve, including amassing millions of streams and opening shows for some major acts.
