Dmitry M has quickly established himself as one of the most exciting new talents coming up from Europe. Currently signed with a Sony/Orchard subsidiary called Curtain Call Records, the rapper has had a long road to finding success as a singer.
The creative began his journey in music when he was 4 years old, playing drums at his grandfather’s recording studio. However, the rapper didn’t begin learning the guitar until he was 19 years old when he met an army veteran that began teaching him the basics.
Dmitry’s sound is inspired by both rock and country artists such as the Eagles, Guns N’ Roses, Kid Rock, and Red Hot Chili Peppers along with Garth Brooks, Blackbear, and MGK.
As a performer, Dmitry M has been playing shows around the country. Aside from his solo career he’s played on stage with artists like Demi Lovato and Luis Fonsi. Another interesting thing about the singer is that he writes his own music from scratch.
Most recently, the artist has been working with Grammy and Emmy award winning platinum selling producer Ken Royster out of Tennessee.
