Before Rick Ross‘ Port of Miami II album dropped, the talk of the project was the fact Pusha T and Lil Wayne would both appear on the same track. Now that the effort is out, we can hear that Push is not on “Maybach Music VI” and fans are wondering what happened.
Of course, it is probably due to the fact that the beefing two didn’t know they were on the same track together, so the label probably didn’t give the clearance on the final version of the song.
As you can hear from the version below, Push is throwing some shots at who we can assume to be Weezy F., which is probably part of the reason the verse got left off the cutting room floor. Plus, someone probably made the call beforehand to handle that and remove it before the album dropped.
