We all like hearing and listening to music, which is why it is such a crucial part of our life. One of the main reasons we enjoy a song is because of its melody. The essence of a song is what stays with us and helps us remember it. The lyrics of the songs may be forgotten, but the melody is never forgotten. Today, we’ll meet “PRAX” a rising star in the music industry and one of the most well-known musicians.
Since an early age, he has been captivated by music. He sang and played instruments as a pastime till he was seventeen years old and penned his first song. This made him realize that he was destined for this. By drawing inspiration from a variety of sources and honing his talents every day, he has arrived at the point where he is today. On a train, listening to the first mix hit him like a tonne of bricks, and he decided to make a career out of it.
Prax produces music so that people may connect with him through his music and learn more about who he is as a person. And the impending release of “When I Die” will demonstrate this.
“When I Die” will be released in the middle of May and we are all looking forward to it. Prax also mentioned that it could be his favorite project. By showing the audience the dark, depressing experiences of his life, he has made sure that they understand his point of view. The music video is in the making which will be exciting to experience.
His making of music includes finding a beat and hitting a record while freestyling on it. The lyrical content of most of the songs connects with the listeners since it focuses on the experiences people encounter in daily life. Prax’s music can be an escape from the materialistic world for them.
As an Independent artist, most of the things are done by Prax himself like marketing, promo content, and music videos. The music industry is largely dominated by independent artists nowadays. It’s impressive to see how they are building their empire despite the competition. Prax also mentioned that it was challenging for him too but life is no fun without ups and downs. He has experienced both successes and failures, and these are all part and parcel of life.
Prax has some advice for artists entering the industry: “Networking. Make as many connections as you can with everyone in the business, especially individuals at your level, so you can all progress together. I didn’t know anyone in Melbourne when I initially arrived there to pursue music, so I DM’d about 2 thousand artists and creatives. I gained so many friends and contacts as a result of it, many of whom I’m still in touch with. Some of them have continued on to achieve remarkable success. When you initially contact someone, don’t be aggressive or offer them your links; instead, simply say hello and have a genuine discussion.” says Prax
Pra is all down to make a name for himself among the other talented artists and in the future, he will surely be known for his unique artistry.
