Grand jury transcripts for the trial of Eric Holder in relation to the alleged shooting of Nipsey Hussle have surfaced, and now the rapper’s last words were revealed.
The late artist and entrepreneur was allegedly gunned down in front of his Marathon Clothing store by Eric Holder and the incident reportedly stems from Nipsey Hussle asking Holder if snitched. During his opening statement, Deputy DA John McKinney spoke more about the alleged conversation, saying “Apparently, the conversation had something to do with [Hussle] telling Mr. Holder that word on the street was that Mr. Holder was snitching. The conversation wasn’t particularly intense. It wasn’t particularly belligerent.”
McKinney also revealed what the rapper’s alleged last words were to Holder after being shot, saying he told him “You got me.”
According to The Blast, Nipsey Hussle‘s alleged shooter used two guns to kill the rapper. Court documents from the grand jury hearing reveal that Deputy District Attorney Valerie Aenlle-Rocha told the grand jury that Eric Holder used a semiautomatic handgun and a revolver.
Holder entered a not guilty plea in April to one count of murder, two counts of attempted murder and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon. He faces a life sentence if convicted.
