Jeezy returns with his surprise single “1 Time.” On the trap anthem, produced by Sonaro, the Snowman whips up rhymes about Tiger Woods, the Cooking Network, and his hustler ways.
Jeezy brings a still tough, yet matured sound to us on 1 Time that explores things like the life of a hustler that is timeless. In the new single he compares his “weight” to the Nutty Professor, and his game to that of Tiger Woods.
“Got the weight on the dresser, I’m the Nutty Professor / Twenty-four like they coke, yeah, I got that Vanessa,” he raps before delivering the hook: “You ni**as put your hands in the air one time / You ni**as put them bands in the air one time.”
Last year, he announced that he was hanging up the mic with his final album Thug Motivation 104: Trust Ya Process. “Class is coming to [an] end,” he tweeted. “It’s time for Graduation! My Last Album & Final Class: TM104.”
