Lil Wayne Reveals Lil Baby To be His Favorite Artist

Lil Wayne chopped it up with Complex for their latest episode of “Sneaker Shopping,” where he spoke about wearing a pink BAPE hoodie for his now-iconic 2006 Vibe cover, which is now selling for $1,000 on eBay.

While speaking about the popular streetwear brand, Wayne revealed that Lil Baby is his favorite artist, stating, “You can say streetwear but they went there.

With that being said, I just saw on The Breakfast Club, my favorite artist Lil Baby, I saw Lil Baby with the BAPE x Coach collaboration jacket. … So they doing things. Shoutout Bathing Ape.”

Wayne has shown love for Lil Baby by collaborating on several projects, including “I Do” ft. Big Sean off of Lil Wayne’s Funeral album, and Wayne hopped on “Forever” for Lil Baby’s latest album, My Turn.
