Javoe Rokour was born in Binghamton New York, February 9th 1995 to a single mother. Javoe spent his childhood playing sports, listening to music, and watching cartoons. When Rokour was young his dream was to be a music executive.
Javoe Rokour is 6 feet tall, weighs 160 pounds and is Northern European, Puerto Rican and Jewish. In 2013 Javoe Rokour competed in the NYSPHSAA State Championships where he broke his high school long jump record and placed 10th the state.
Javoe Rôkour was mentored by Willie “Prophet” Stiggers, activist and music executive. In 2020, Prophet co-founded #BreatheWithMe REVOLUTION and the #BreatheWithMeReFUND and is the Co-Founder/Co-Chair of the Black Music Action Coalition.
Javoe Rôkour is a professional music marketer that has worked with the likes of Layton Greene, Gstylesonthetrack, Asian doll, ATL Jacob, Eric Hudson, Guitarboy, JustOneSavage and through working with Organic Music Marketing has marketed major albums and singles such as, “Father of Asahd”by DJ Khaled, “Thotiana” by BlueFace, “Peaches” by Justin Bieber, “Drip or Drown 2 by Gunna and many more.
Javoe Rokour resided in the Louis Heaton Pink Houses, a notorious public housing project located in East New York, Brooklyn when he started his music career. Javoe executively produced a mixtape entitled “Hottest Coming Out The Bricks” (HCOB) in the spring of 2014. The mixtape went on to go double silver (40,000+ downloads).
Javoe Rôkour executively produced Domo & Chrissy theme song “amazing”. “Amazing” went on to be played over 500 million times on YouTube and was produced by Billboard charting producer ATL Jacob. “Amazing” was the first song ATL JACOB produced that reached over 1 million plays.
Javoe Rokour threw his first event January 31st, 2016 in Houston, Texas called the Rokour Tour. This is where Javoe met “The Trill Team” (3T’s). Javoe along with The Trill Team solidified a partnership with Rap-A-Lot records.
