J. Cole has responded to Kendrick Lamar with some jabs on the song ‘7 Minute Drill’ which appears as the outro on his surprise new album Might Delete Later.

As we know, Kendrick came out of nowhere and threw shots at Drake on ‘Like That‘ from Metro Boomin & Future’s album. Cole also caught some strays as Kendrick said there’s no big 3, he’s the biggest one out of them all.

Now Cole has responded to Kendrick by calling his second album To Pimp A Butterfly boring and his last album Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers “tragic.”

“He still doin’ shows, but fell off like the Simpsons
Yo first shit was classic, yo last shit was tragic
Yo second shit put ni**as to sleep but they gassed it
Yo third shit was massive and that was yo prime
I was trailin’ right behind and I just now hit mine
Now I’m front of the line with a comfortable lead
How ironic, now that I got it he want somethin’ with me”

Before the above lines, he also raps, “he averaging 1 hard verse like every 30 months or something/If he wasn’t dissing, we wouldn’t be discussing him.”

Listen to it below.
