ICEY is proof that you can come from a small town and still have a big voice. Raised in Carthage, Mississippi, where the roads are dusty and everybody knows your business, ICEY’s been drawn to music since she was a kid—whether it was singing in church, joining girl groups, or hitting the stage for talent shows. But it wasn’t until 2020, during the pandemic, that she really found her lane in rap. What started as a way to vent turned into something real.
One studio session led to another, and before long, ICEY realised rap was her calling. Now living in Tallahassee, Florida and signed to NNGE Records, she’s bringing that same raw honesty and fearless energy to every track she touches. ICEY makes music for the women who stay solid, who grind hard, and who know they deserve the spotlight—whether it’s the club, the cookout, or somebody’s baby shower, if ICEY’s on the aux or on the mic—it’s a good time.
