After back to back album releases in November & December to end the year off with HD THREE & THDLP, Hendrick Douglass is back as promised with his first release of 2023 with What’s My Name?!
Hendrick delves into his love for the likes of James Brown, Stevie Wonder, and that classic Motown sound with the assistance of his production partner & engineer Craig Levy. What’s My Name?! definitely delivers on the high energy & smooth vibes that we now know him to deliver, and with high vibrational live instrumentation backing his larger than life personality, its hard to not love the vibes that Hendrick is giving us.
Hendrick is on a mission to release a new single every week for the year of 2023, time will tell if he will complete the mission but if this record & his socials are anything to go by it looks like Mr. Douglass has a large catalog of music he’s sitting on just waiting to release into the atmosphere.
