Nicodagoat is one to manifest what he wants. He has a tattoo of a goat, so why not add that to the name and put yourself on the path to becoming the greatest of all time? The Pembroke Pines, Florida native is fresh off the drop of All In Due Time, a six-song effort that includes the hit songs “Case Closed,” “1000 Dayz” and the title track “All In Due Time.”
“The inspiration behind my release is just being patient, because your story is already written,” Nicodagoat said. “The life you want is all in due time when you put the proper effort in.”
An artist as contemporary as Nicodagoat has to have contemporary influences, right? Well, you would be right; he names the “Big Three” of the 2010s — Drake, Kendrick Lamar and J. Cole — as his main inspirations.
“I started listening to hip-hop around 2009, so I heard their come ups and was inspired by their vulnerability,” he said.
As for his next moves, Nicodagoat is working on a deluxe edition to his recent effort, however that may turn into its own solo EP of “bops for the summer” rather than a deluxe edition. He’s also working on his brand, Imperium, that looks to make the world a better place through its members’ mediums.
Overall, the message is clear: the sky’s the limit for this incredibly inspired creator.
