Feeding the Streets With Inspirational Music is the California-Based Lyrical Innovator, “P-Trapp” With the Track, “R-E-A-L-I-Z-E”

P-Trapp’s journey up until this moment hasn’t been an easy ride; he survived being shot 5 times in 2018 and was recently convicted for firearm-related charges and put in ‘Robert A Deyton Facility’ in Georgia. Despite all these tribulations, he remains strong and is leveraging his rapping talents as he seeks to express the fullness of his inherent musical greatness by setting his gifts, talents and powers ablaze in his upcoming, “Soul of da Real” vol 3 mixtape that he is still working on and is set to drop it soon once the finishing touches are done.

He has a new anthem, “R-E-A-L-I-Z-E” that he wrote while still incarcerated and in this hypnotizing sound, he featured fellow artists Bonee G and Belaiire. This is a tantalizing rap anthem that is full of detailed lyrical wisdom. The beats are perfectly balanced in that they carry a certain laid-back yet intensely effective melodicism that is reflected in its old-school features.

P-Trapp displays why he is the rap stunner to look out for in the way he faultlessly drops some heavy bars that are deep and meaningful. Blending wordplay, innate ability, and the finesse of poetry, he is able to command the presence over the prolific hip-hop instrumentation; his knife-edge lyricism cutting through with authority and distinction.

There is a way the 3-piece are able to make an anthem off of this with the catchy hook section as they perform endearingly together to hit all the right nerves in a listener such that even after the track is long gone, the infectious lyricism and its equally compelling melody plays dramatically over your head.

It is interesting to hear that whilst the track is clearly rooted in nostalgic hip-hop, an effort has been made to inject some more contemporary R&B elements into proceedings, allowing for some intriguing genre-blending to be achieved so that a listener has a listening experience that is both varied and exciting.
