What first got you into music?
The thing that first got me into music was the performance aspect. I used to perform other artist songs in front of my family members when I was younger. The feeling of controlling the room and having all the attention filed the fire and desire to want to be the man.
Who inspired you to make music?
My cousins actually inspired me to rap but ultimately my life growing up and the pain I felt missing certain things the average child had gave me the need for an outlet which is why I live by the words “music is therapy”.
How would you describe the music that you typically create?
The music I typically create is real. I like to think I am a vibe I create the wave and change the energy in every room to what ever the songs tone was set to be. All my music whether it be fast or slow, singing or rapping it all is real and in the moment.
Who would you most like to collaborate with?
If I had an option to collaborate I have a top three which consist of Future, for his ability to Crete hooks. Drake, for his ability to turn any song into a charting one. And last but not least my idol when it comes to the rap game Lil Wayne, that way I have a legend on my track and with all three of theses names it’s guaranteed to be a smash.
If you could go open a show for any artist who would it be?
If I had a choice to open up a show for anyone I would def choose Travis Scott or Lil Uzi Vert just because I think they have crazy fan based and I’d love to grab there fans and make them my fans. Those two guys are walking vibes like myself so I feel it’s only right to create the bridge between their fans and my own.
What is one message you would give to your fans?
The one message I would give my fans is to never give up on anything you really want in life no matter what there is a way to reach any set goal it’s just about the work you put in and the route you take. Some are easier, some are faster, some are short lived but they all reach that level that you set as long as you set it. Ultimately you are the only one stoping you.
How do you feel the Internet has impacted the music business?
The internet has made it both easier and more difficult to make an imprint on the music game. Having access to push yourself and product has mad it less of a rarity to find hot untapped talent. This creates the need to work harder to be better. It has also made it easier to be discovered since you have an engine you can constantly work that’s in front of millions of people at the click of the button. That being said there is the extra added threat of scammers and fraudulent activity form people praying on those with talents dreams and goals so you have to be aware of what you are doing who you go through and ultimately what you out out on the web.
Which famous musicians do you admire?
I admire those who get it out the mud. Not the silver spins not the ones who were already in the spotlight or on the scene. People like Da Baby, J. Cole , Shy Glizzy the Wales . Those artist had to get it out the mud. They were told no and came back harder. Shown the door yet never walked out on themselves.
If you could change anything about the industry, what would it be?
If I could change anything about the music industry I would change the frequency of what is played now. It’s a popularity contest with nothing but cap n gowns and I would take it back to that real authentic mental music. Bring back the soup bring back the love. Love songs ain’t even about live no more and once live leaves music it also leave the world.
