What is your name and what city do you rep?
Our name is Hollow Earth Theory and we represent South Austin
Tell us about your latest releases, what inspired you to create them?
Really we inspire each other, we feed off the energy that we organically make. We’re just lucky it comes out as fire ass music
What is unique about you and your music?
I think our ingenuity and versatility, we can make pretty much any kind of record and do it well
What shaped your music?
South side Austin Texas to be honest, austin is the live music capitol of the world so the city really shaped our style
When did you realize you were going to make music professionally?
Honestly when we linked up, we had making music as a hobby but after we made our first song we decided the world needs to hear this sound
What type of music do you listen to?
It’s cliche to say everything but we really listen to a lot, from Motown, singers like Sade, metal and classic rock, and of course hip hop in pretty much all genres.
What inspires you to write music?
Life. Our experiences both positive and negative.
What do you do when you don’t do music (creative or otherwise) and that you are passionate about?
Learning, were kind of a bunch of nerds. We watch a lot of anime some of us more than others and Smoking copious amount of marijuana

Supporting our families with our music. And being able to bless others
What do you wish you were told when you first started making music that you think would help artists just starting out?
Don’t get caught up with the image game and just make the music you want to make.

We have a EP called the Scenic Route coming out real soon!

Right now our single “3 in the morning” is out on all platforms and our EP will be dropping real soon!
