Drake vs. Kanye West and Pusha T has been the beef of 2018 in hip-hop. While Drake has yet to directly respond to Pusha T (nor does it seem like he actually will), but his feud with Kanye West seems to provide him some entertainment in his life.
After Kanye West went on a Twitter rant demanding Drake apologize for “trying to take food out of your idols kids mouths,” Drake seems to have issued a response on Instagram.
Shortly after Kanye revealed that Drake finally called him, Drake seems to be laughing off the whole thing. The Canadian rapper took to his Instagram Story to seemingly respond Kanye.
Moments after Ye said that Drizzy called him, the “Nonstop” rapper posted five laughing emojis. Clearly, Drake finds this all funny, but this might hurt his chances of getting Kanye to clear the “Say You Will” sample that he’s apparently trying to clear.
Despite the fact that Kanye claimed Drake got on the phone after he went off on Twitter, it seems like the two didn’t actually come to peace with each other.
After revealing that Drake actually called him, he revealed his high-level of pettiness by revealing that he won’t clear the sample for “Say You Will.” Considering Drake’s laughing off all of this, maybe something else went on during that conversation that we’ll likely never know about.
