Detroit emcee Lazarus is back with a powerful new single, “God Sent Me,” produced by the renowned Grammy Award-winning FredWreck from Aftermath Entertainment. This collaboration follows the success of Lazarus’s previous hit “Scalpel” with Denaun Porter, which has already surpassed 5 million views on YouTube.

FredWreck, a prolific producer known for his work with industry giants such as Dr. Dre, Eminem, Snoop Dogg and 50 Cent, brings his signature style to “God Sent Me.” The production features a mix of hard-hitting beats and atmospheric guitar riffs, creating a dynamic soundscape that perfectly complements Lazarus’s intense lyrical delivery. FredWreck’s expertise shines through, adding depth and texture to the track.

Lazarus’s lyrics in “God Sent Me” deliver the goods in an exceptional fashion.  The chorus, “You tryin’ to come and take the crown off me / But it’s stitched to me, I take it to the ground with me,” serves as a bold statement of his resilience and self-assurance. The verses explore themes of perseverance, divine inspiration, and authenticity, showcasing Lazarus’s ability to craft intricate and meaningful rhymes.

This collaboration marks a significant moment for both artists. FredWreck’s production prowess elevates Lazarus’s already impressive lyrical skills, resulting in a track that stands out in today’s hip hop landscape. “God Sent Me” is more than just a song; it’s a testament to the hard work and passion that both Lazarus and FredWreck bring to their craft.

As Lazarus continues to grow in the ranks of hip hop, “God Sent Me” is a powerful reminder of his talent. With FredWreck’s masterful production and Lazarus’s compelling lyricism, this single is set to make a lasting impact on listeners and further solidify Lazarus’s place in the industry.
