Cape Town Are You Ready??
Nigerian singer and songwriter Davido, who is currently on his US promotional tour, took to Instagram on Monday, 4 March 2019, to announce his upcoming one night only performance at Shimmy Beach in Cape Town.
The event, which is organised by Play Network Africa, was first announced on Wednesday, 23 January 2019. Since then, with the date of the event nearing closer, the network has revealed more details around Davido’s one-night-only concert which will be hosted by television host Babalwa Monewa.
The line-up has supporting DJs that will play before the two performances. The DJ line-up includes DJ Boogie, DJ Tashinga, VJ Vonno, VJ Vybeez, DJ Aux Gawd, DJ Sive Msolo and guest live act Nizreen.
The event will start at 15:00 with the supporting acts and Davido is set to perform later in the night, closing off the show.
Early bird tickets for general access will retail for R300, and will cost R600 thereafter, and VIP tickets will retail for R1100.
