Cardi B was forced to postpone an Indianapolis concert due to a threat against her personal safety. While no details of the threat have been released both Cardi B and Indianapolis law enforcement took the menacing seriously.
Cardi B shares how although she was excited to hit the stage the safety of herself and her fans remains the priority. The Grammy-award winning rapper uploaded a video to social media, explaining to her fans the situation.

The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department also shared their own explanation for the postponed show. Initially, the IMPD tweeted the show was canceled however, the department clarified the show is only postponed. The show which also features performances from Saweetie and Kevin Gates has been rescheduled for September 11, 2019.
