Summer 2022 is officially here and Trinidad and Tobago artist Braveboy is ready to kick it off with his new music video for his latest single “Anchor”, off the recently launched compilation album “Braveboy Meets World”.
The song, produced by 17-year-old German music producer, Tripton (real name Jonas Lemke) was created with the intention of blending European pop and Caribbean dancehall flavors.
“We wanted to create a catchy love song, with a tropical feel, something for the ladies to dance to, but with lyrics that the guys can relate to. We had so much fun pulling inspiration from 90’s and early 2000’s hip hop culture to conceptualize this music video” said Braveboy.
The music video, directed by Michael Mooleedhar, was filmed in Trinidad and Tobago and Germany and stars dancer/model Anya Nathaniel.
