A$AP Rocky to reportedly remain in a Swedish jail for at least another week while law enforcement continues their investigation.
Following a July 3 arrest resulting from a street brawl with a Swedish citizen, A$AP Rocky has remained behind bars since. Support for A$AP Rocky ranges from fans and music peers to Kanye West and Kim Kardashian lobbying White House support and, members of the Congressional Black Caucus.

Initially, A$AP Rocky was to remain in custody for two weeks while an investigation occurred and now, the Swedish authorities claim to need more time. According to BBC News, Swedish prosecutors now have until July 25 to decide whether or not to pursue criminal charges against A$AP Rocky.
The courts decided to keep A$AP Rocky in custody, deeming him a flight risk, according to prosecutor Daniel Suneson.
“We have worked intensively with the investigation and need more time, until Thursday next week in order to complete the preliminary investigation,” Mr. Suneson says.
