After the Patriots announced that Antonio Brown would be released from the team amid allegations of sexual misconduct, Brown revealed another big message on Twitter.
On Sunday (September 22) morning, Brown wrote, “Will not be playing in the @NFL anymore these owners can cancel deals do whatever they want at anytime we will see if the @NFLPA hold them accountable sad they can just void guarantees anytime going on 40m 2 months will see if they pay up !”

Brown also retweeted reports of Ben Roethlisberger being investigated for sexual assault in 2010, and Shannon Sharpe leaving CBS amid similar allegations the same year.
While Antonio Brown has sworn off the NFL, his agent Drew Rosenhaus was singing a different song just a few days ago. On Friday, he said Brown was in good shape and “looking forward to his next opportunity in the NFL.”
It's unfortunate things didn't work out with the Patriots. But Antonio is healthy and is looking forward to his next opportunity in the NFL. He wants to play the game he loves and he hopes to play for another team soon.

Brown is being sued by former trainer Britney Taylor over multiple allegations of sexual assault. He was also accused of sexual misconduct by an artist in a story published by Sports Illustrated last week.
