Ni9NA Glides Over Hew New Single “Oops (I Did It Again)”

Ni9NA

Ahead of her critical acclaim and an onslaught of anthems, one of hip-hop’s hottest new voices Ni9NA gets real on her new single aptly titled “Oops (Did It Again).” The Florida-based musician asserts herself as a bright, blunt, and bold force for hip-hop with unapologetic bars, undeniable style, and a fiery flow of her own.

The ominous piano sets the tone as she bodies stacked 808s with one caustic confession after another. She admits, “Oops, I did again. Oops, I f*cked his friend” and “Did it one time, do it again.” However, her fierce flow accelerates towards a bold declaration, “Suck these toes, they stay on fleek.” It illuminates another side of the rising rapper.

“Oops” is her first release as an artist, but really captures what to expect from her in the future. She is quick to leave nothing to the imagination, as she shares her toxicity in a relationship with her audience.

Her sexually-explicit lyrics are not about catering to men, rather it’s about her and other women holding the power. The chorus rings out in the form of a call and response chat, with a message that could capture an audience of women with whom the lyrics may not directly resonate with, but the message most certainly does.
