Drake’s Full ‘FOMO’ Film Is Back Online and Available to Watch

Drake has restored his sprawling “FOMO” film online, giving viewers a full on-demand version after the original livestream disappeared shortly after its premiere.

Drake has officially brought Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) back to YouTube, turning the project into something fans can revisit instead of a one-night livestream event. The film first premiered on Sept. 15 before vanishing from the platform, and Drake announced its return on Sept. 17, as Complex reported.

The project had been teased for weeks before Drake finally described it as a “not so short film” that was “directed and scored by the family.” He also framed the visual as “self-funded surrealism” built around making the most of one summer, giving the rollout a more personal angle than a conventional music-video release.

Across the film, Drake moves through a string of loosely connected scenes while folding in music, lifestyle footage and appearances from people in his orbit. The project also gives viewers a closer listen to unreleased material, including the new Don Toliver collaborations previewed in “FOMO”, alongside additional music involving Yeat and other guests.

One of the film’s most discussed musical moments centers on Drake’s reworking of Ella Langley’s “Choosin’ Texas,” a record he had already shown an interest in before the premiere. The film’s mix of familiar songs and unreleased material helps blur the line between a short film, an extended music-video collection and a preview of what Drake may have coming next.

The full release also arrives after a busy stretch in which Drake has repeatedly used visual rollouts to introduce new music and ideas. Earlier in the “FOMO” cycle, he was spotted filming in an Iron Man suit in Toronto, one of several clues that the project would be more elaborate than a standard single or video.

For anyone who missed the initial livestream, the restored upload now provides an official way to watch the project from beginning to end. With Drake also confirming plans to tour in 2027 during the “FOMO” rollout, the film closes one chapter of the campaign while leaving plenty of unreleased music in play for whatever follows.
