“That’s my brother,” Druski said of Drake. “I don’t care about what’s hot at the moment or what’s going on…I’m just big on loyalty. I just supported a friend throughout that whole endeavor.” The comments offer a straightforward explanation for why Druski never publicly distanced himself from the Toronto star while the feud dominated hip-hop.

The bond goes back years. Drake was one of Druski’s earliest major celebrity supporters, giving the rising comedian a memorable cameo in the 2020 “Laugh Now Cry Later” video featuring Lil Durk. Druski’s profile has expanded dramatically since then, but the pair have continued to be associated as friends and collaborators.
That connection drew extra attention as Drake and Kendrick’s rivalry intensified in 2024. Druski also addressed one viral awards-show moment that some viewers interpreted as him deliberately avoiding Kendrick.
