Meet Lil Scrome28th

Delaware might not be the first place you think of when it comes to drill music, but that’s exactly what makes Lil Scrome28th such a standout. Born and raised in the often-slept-on streets of the First State, this self-made artist is carving out a name for himself with gritty realism, consistent hustle, and a passion that cuts through every beat.

With five years of relentless work under his belt, Lil Scrome28th is more than just a rapper — he’s an all-around creative force. From penning his own lyrics to producing his tracks and even conceiving his music video visuals, Scrome is hands-on with every layer of his art. It’s this raw DIY energy that fans are gravitating toward, and it’s what’s pushing his name further outside Delaware’s borders.

Heavily influenced by Lil Baby, Scrome’s music blends street tales with melodic undertones, all delivered over hard-hitting drill production. His breakout track “Where They At” marked the beginning of a new chapter, and his momentum hasn’t slowed. His latest single, dropped on June 14th, showcases a sharpened sound and maturing voice — and he’s already back in the booth with another track due July 15th.

Unlike many newcomers relying on features and buzz, Lil Scrome28th is building from the ground up — independently. No label. No guest verses. Just vision, grind, and a hunger to win. While his biggest crowd so far has been just 20 people, his ambitions are far from small. Las Vegas performances, record deals, tours with Future or Lil Baby — that’s where his mind is. And he’s putting in the work to make it happen.

With a loyal circle of friends as his biggest supporters, and a sound that’s beginning to echo beyond the 302, Lil Scrome28th is becoming a voice not just for his block, but for every underdog with dreams bigger than their surroundings.
