Keondre Patterson better known as 1k Yonny is an upcoming artist raised in Jacksonville, Florida and an ongoing member of the OTM music group (One Track Mind). With his style and voice being both captivating and unique, he may be from Jacksonville but his sound isn’t typical. Contributing to music with individuality, versatility, & fun, he displays his personality and way of thinking through music. Motivated by his team to pursue being an artist, he lets out his feels in every song and assures to please the audience.
Dropping his first project was a huge struggle because he didn’t sound like other artists and didn’t know how his audience would feel. It was his first time showing the world what he thinks and what kind of person he was, and this can be a big anxiety attack for everyone. He knew he could rap, but never knew what came with it. Just like other artists, he would release a billboard quality song, and it would get a max of a few hundred views, this made it hard for him but he focuses now and keeps going as everything takes time. With that being said, 1k Yonny has a 4 song release coming soon, with a Detroit style flow and style. He plans to put his challenges aside and take this right to the next level.
1k Yonny sees music as his primary occupation within the next year. He sees himself making songs with some of the artists he listens to now, and making enjoyable music for a larger audience. Yonny started making music because he always wanted to use his voice to influence, but now his dreams are to make music with his favorite artists.
