White House Reportedly 'Left Angry' After ASAP Rocky Declines to Thank Them

A$AP Rocky is back in the United States after being locked up in Sweden over an assault charge. Although Rocky was ultimately found guilty, his sentence was suspended voiding the possibility of any jail time.

Many celebrities spoke out against Rocky’s incarceration and even Donald Trump sent a diplomatic caravan to Sweden in order to gain his freedom. Since being freed and returning to the States, however, Rocky has reportedly ghosted the White House, effectively declining to publicly thank the Trump administration.

According to a piece ran by Yahoo, Rocky‘s manager met with people close to the Trump administration and they made it clear that a public acknowledgment of the president and the work his administration did to free him was required.

However, Rocky took to social media twice and has been on stage thanking family, friends, and fans for their support in helping him get through that situation. It’s still been quiet, however, with regard to thanking the Trump administration.
