The 2019 BET Hip Hop Awards went down last night at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre in Atlanta last night. As always, it featured big performances from a variety of artists.
Performances came from the likes of Megan Thee Stallion, DaBaby, YBN Cordae, Anderson. Paak, Rapsody, Rick Ross, T-Pain, Lil Baby, and Chance The Rapper, along with some cyphers.
Additionally legend Lil Kim took the stage to perform a medley of hits alongside Junior M.A.F.I.A., O.T. Genasis, and Musiq Soulchild.
This year, Cardi B leads the pack with 10 nominations closely followed by Travis Scott, J. Cole and, DJ Khaled with eight each. Newer artists such as DaBaby, Megan Thee Stallion and YBN Cordae are all nominated for some career-making awards.
