After Justin Bieber teased a forthcoming remix on social media on Monday, Billie Eilish has shared the remix of “bad guy” featuring Justin Bieber. The single artwork features Eilish as a child in front of her various Justin Bieber posters.
The remix includes a brand-new second verse and scattered ad libs from Bieber. “Gold teeth, my neck, my wrist is froze/ I got more ice than, than the snow/ That guy, don’t act like you don’t know/ That guy, so critical (skrrt),” Bieber begins his verse.
While the bass-heavy, eerie song doesn’t shift too much, Bieber adds in some Eilish impersonations and inflections throughout — and his own verse where he plays the song’s ‘bad guy’. On it, he rap-sings through autotune about his tattoo sleeves, gold teeth, and how he doesn’t sleep.
‘Bad guy’ is one of the biggest songs of the year, but it hasn’t cracked that coveted #1 spot. Since its April release, it’s spent 14 weeks floating around #2, even as the album “When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?” itself cracked the top spot.
