Simply K: An Upcoming Artist with Deep Roots in Hip Hop

Simply K is a New York-based artist with a rich background in music, having started his journey at the young age of seven. Influenced by his father, who also made music, Simply K has always felt music deeply, even as a baby. Over the years, he has expanded his sound, blending genres such as rap, dancehall, RnB, and occasionally pop.

Musical Influences and Inspirations

Simply K draws inspiration from some of the greatest names in the industry. His influences include hip hop legends like 50 Cent, G-Unit, DMX, Big Daddy Kane, Rakim, and more contemporary figures like Young Thug, XXXTentacion, and Juice WRLD. These artists have shaped his sound and lyrical style, giving him a versatile edge in the modern music scene.

Early Career and Performances

Simply K’s passion for music was evident early on. From 5th grade through 12th grade, he participated in every talent show his school offered. He later went on to open for artists like Mike Jones and Afroman, while also making a name for himself in local showcases.

Notable Collaborations and EPs

One of Simply K’s most notable career achievements is his joint EP with renowned battle rapper DNA. He has also worked with other respected names in the battle rap world, including K-Shine and Arsonal Da Rebel. Recently, Simply K ventured into battle rapping himself, adding another dimension to his already diverse musical career.

Memorable Moments and Future Projects

Simply K cites his collaboration with DNA on their joint EP as the most memorable moment of his career so far. Currently, he is busy working on a variety of new music projects and collaborations, with plans for more exciting releases on the horizon.

Upcoming Battles and Performances

Simply K is set to showcase his battle rap skills in an upcoming rap battle scheduled for December. As he continues to push boundaries in both music and battle rap, fans can look forward to seeing more of his talent in the months to come.

Keep an eye on Simply K as he continues to rise in the world of hip hop and beyond.
