New Balance is bringing a fresh new colorway to the iconic 997 silhouette. Arriving in “Vintage Teal,” the shoe is a part of Teddy Santis’ Season 6 collection. Blending retro with modern, the sleek shoe is coated in a vibrant teal suede that hits the midfoot panel, mudguard and heel. The green mesh toebox complements the suede as it gives the shoe a sense of breathability.
Mixing textures and comfort, the shades of green complement one another, giving a bold look. The shoe’s “N” logo is also highlighted in the matching green while the burgundy and brown accents hit the TPU panel, giving it an earthy contrast. Rounding out the design are the white laces and white midsoles on top of the black outsole. Look out for the pair dropping this week.
