Rising hip-hop artist Open Face, hailing from Decatur, Georgia, is turning up the charm with his brand-new single “Spend It All,” the first official release from his eagerly awaited EP Heart Throb.
Known for his Southern flair and lyrical depth, Open Face delivers a smooth, melodic track that showcases a more romantic, lighthearted side of his artistry. “‘I let the beat tell me what to say,’” he explains. “‘It said ‘spoil her’ — so that’s what I did.’” The single, produced by Ukrainian production duo SVGAR, leans into a vibey, catchy sound with no guest features — just Open Face, raw and real.
The official music video, directed by V. Suero Art and HDR, adds a dose of humor and nostalgia. From carefree shopping sprees to a cheeky throwback to the iconic Publishers Clearing House prize reveals — complete with oversized checks — the video is designed to entertain. “I just want people to smile,” says Open Face. “It’s a lighthearted video, and I hope I look good in it!”
Drawing inspiration from legendary Southern icons like 2Pac, André 3000, and Goodie Mob, Open Face brings both charisma and lyrical finesse to every verse. His creative process is a unique blend of structure and spontaneity — often crafting lines on his phone and committing them to memory, resulting in near one-take recordings.
With Heart Throb set to release soon, fans can expect more visuals and deeper insights into Open Face’s world. Beyond music, he’s also preparing to launch two fashion lines, Black & Whites and Co-lors, continuing to build a brand that fuses identity, style, and sound.
