Entrepreneurship is no easy feat, but, for Miami based Real Estate Mogul, Kenneth Grant, he only felt fully fulfilled by being his own boss, waking up each day and working towards his dreams no matter how long it took. Just within his first year as a real estate agent, Grant surpassed his goal and acquired over $2 million in sales. Since then, he’s consistently built a reputation with local and high end clientele.
Kenneth grew up in Miami Gardens. Both his parents were in the industry, so closing deals run deep in the family. He worked as a paralegal in real estate law firms for 10 years before opening up his own brokerage. His journey to entrepreneurship and real estate leadership began after the birth of his first daughter. As a teenage father, he was determined to find a way to support his family and make a name for himself in the business world. He did that and so much more. Kenneth says, “One of the greatest lessons my father taught me was how to be a provider for my family no matter what! When I found out I was going to be a teenage father I was terrified and confused as to what kind of life I would have for my daughter.” After much prayer and support from his family, Kenneth took a leap of faith and pursued his dream full time.
Fast forward to the present, he owns the Number 1 real estate firm in South Florida, Grant & Associates Real Estate Inc. managing 20 agents. The COVID-19 Pandemic pushed Kenneth to sharpen his focus and find new ways to provide more value to his clients and go all in on his vision. In May 2021, Grant opened and co-owns one of Miami’s top auto concierge service, High Rollers Luxury, featuring a fleet of luxury and exotic cars like a Rolls Royce, Tesla and Range Rover.
Kenneth emphasizes the importance of unparalleled client service and leasership in running a successful brokerage and business. “I strive everyday to be the best broker to my agents that I can possibly be. I believe in building a strong team with my agents who are all working toward a common vision of molding not only top producers but to create generational wealth and legacy building through real estate.
