M3LO Capone is ready to make everlasting, positive impacts not only in his community, but also the world at large. The Chicago native often found his community to be a difficult place to navigate, especially at a young age.
Capone had to constantly view life as a challenge to survive and create something out of himself in order to break away from the adversities he has lived through. These adversities did not deter him from his passion to make a positive impact, however, for Capone utilized his therapeutic outlet of music to be a vehicle for change and growth.
Having recorded his first song at the age of 14 while on a bus for a class trip, he found a passion for recording his own music. He decided from there that music would not only serve him in a therapeutic sense, but also as a long term investment and career that would allow him to share his experiences and inspire others while also on his own journey. Capone finds himself heavily inspired by Hip hop artist Lil Baby, expressing that Baby is a superstar in the music scene that grew up in similar conditions and has dealt with similar experiences but has still achieved great success. “The odds are against people like us the minute we are born into the world, having to deal with the loss of friends, crooked police, and just non-stop battles. He is living proof you can make a way for you and your people with hard work and dedication.” Capone wants to make a strong impact in a similar way, aiming to be a voice for positive progress within his community as well as around the world. He wants to send the message that statistics can always be changed and any odds formed against you can be overcome with a strong support system, intellect, and dedication.
As for M3LO Capone’s current work, he is focusing on his latest single and accompanying video for “Vindictive.” He has plans to release more music videos in the near future, hoping to garner a larger audience before the release of his mixtape, which is currently in the works. “Vindictive,” as well as all of M3LO Capone’s previous projects are available for streaming on all services now.
