LjPix is a Southern Hip Hop Artist on the Grind

LjPix is a Southern hip hop artist on the grind. He dropped his first studio album, “Still Country” in 2020 and got major traction after the release of his single, Flagrant which featured Parlae from Dem Franchize Boyz.

LjPix followed up with “Still Country Part II”. The new 15 track project features a number of bangers, including Open Letter, Big Dawg, Devil Cry, and Show Me.

“When I kept it real, shorty told me I was playin’. I was on my grind, tryna be a better man.”

On Open Letter, he delivers a backpack rap vibe to a nice soulful, kicked back beat. His flow is crisp yet refined, and he has some nice verses like when he raps, ” don’t worry, it makes sense… it’s all perception. Take my letter, use it for some self reflection.” Another highlight is Why You Hate. His southern roots shine on this song. It has that crunk drive to it, and LjPix switches up his flow–showing versatility as an emcee.

LjPix

LjPix is from South Carolina, but he’s now residing in Delaware. The rapper’s been involved in music since he was 10 years old. “I looked up to artists such as TI, Lil Wayne and Parlae,” he explained. This project shows the artist has the chops to rise up and join those ranks.

“Still Country Part II” is out now on major platforms.
