Amid protests across the United States urging justice after the killing of George Floyd, California rapper YG has shared ‘FTP’, standing for ‘fuck the police’.
“It’s the Ku Klux cops, they on a mission, it’s the Ku Klux cops, got hidden agendas,” he raps. “It’s the truth, I won’t stop, open cases, police already hate me, why not.”
“Without that badge you’s a bitch and a half.”
‘FTP’ isn’t the first protest track by YG – in 2016 he released ‘FDT’ (‘fuck Donald Trump’) with Nipsey Hussle.
