Every great artist needs someone in their corner, and for rising Canadian talents like Xtaye, Sp1d3r, and N8, that person is Justice. Based in Winnipeg but originally born in Ontario, Justice is quickly making his mark as an artist manager dedicated to building opportunities and guiding his roster toward success.
Justice’s journey into management began in a natural way. While attending one of N8’s performances, people approached him asking if he was managing the artist. Having already promoted N8’s music everywhere he went, Justice realized it was time to take on the role officially. By July 2025, he had stepped into management full force.
Since then, Justice has already secured performances at popular clubs in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and played a key role in boosting monthly listeners for his artists in record time. His hands-on approach and commitment to consistency are quickly establishing him as a name to watch in the local scene.
For Justice, it’s about more than business — it’s about building real connections and offering genuine support. “My message to my artists and to new artists looking for guidance is simple: just reach out to me. I’m more than happy to help with whatever is needed for success,” he says.
With his drive, networking ability, and genuine care for artist development, Justice is proving to be one of the new forces pushing Canadian rap talent to the forefront.
