Jay-Z Celebrates 30 Years in Music With Major London Stadium Return

Jay-Z brought his three-decade career celebration to London with two huge Tottenham Hotspur Stadium shows marking 30 years since Reasonable Doubt.

Jay-Z returned to London on September 4 and 5 for the JAŸ-Z 30 shows, his first solo UK headline performances in more than a decade. The stadium run celebrated 30 years since his 1996 debut album Reasonable Doubt while also recognizing the 25th anniversary of The Blueprint.

The first night turned into a major hip-hop reunion, with Lauryn Hill and Wyclef Jean performing Fugees classics, while Giggs and Idris Elba also appeared. Jay-Z also led the crowd in singing “Happy Birthday” to Beyoncé, who watched from a suite on her 45th birthday.

Night two kept the guest list moving, with Sampha and Dave joining the show as Jay-Z worked through a career-spanning set. One of the biggest production moments came during “99 Problems,” when a helicopter passed over the stadium and swept a spotlight across the crowd.

The London concerts were part of a limited 2026 run built around Jay-Z’s 30-year milestone. Roc Nation previously announced London alongside dates in Paris and Los Angeles, following his anniversary shows at Yankee Stadium in New York.

The celebration also extended beyond the concerts with a London pop-up tied to the JAŸ-Z 30 campaign and the anniversary of The Blueprint. The event gave fans another look at the music, visuals and merchandise connected to the rapper’s three decades in the industry.

For Jay-Z, the London return doubled as both a career retrospective and a reminder of his long relationship with UK audiences. Thirty years after Reasonable Doubt, the two-night stadium stand put his catalog and influence back at the center of one of the world’s biggest live-music markets.
