Cape Girardeau, Missouri – NoRecord Dam, an emerging artist and member of the music group “NoRecord,” is making waves in the music scene. Along with his brother, NoRecord Trill, he is dedicated to creating relatable music that resonates with those who have overcome life’s challenges.
NoRecord Dam identifies as an artist for now, but he envisions a future where he can proudly take on the title of influencer. “We are working on bettering our community, and I believe the label of ‘influencer’ will fit us perfectly in the future,” he shares.
The music created by NoRecord is rooted in authenticity and inspiration. “I think people who have been through rough stages in life and are bettering themselves could truly feel our music,” NoRecord Dam expresses. “We stand alone in our own section with our bars, coming from challenging neighborhoods and managing to rise above is inspiring.”
With a strong commitment to family and community, NoRecord Dam has been tirelessly working to establish his brand. “I’ve literally been working my tail off to get my family situated with our branding and trying to push this ‘NoRecord’ gear,” he notes. “The key to staying positive is finding something that makes you happy and keeps you productive.”
Balancing work and family remains a challenge for NoRecord Dam. “One of the biggest challenges I have faced is trying to balance my hustling and working time with my family time. I’m doing better at turning my phones off and spending weekends with my kids,” he shares, demonstrating his dedication to both his career and his loved ones.
Looking ahead, NoRecord Dam envisions a future filled with comfort and success. “In the next few years, I see us living comfortably as we continue to push our branding and new music out. We want to create as much relatable music for the public as we can,” he explains. “My dream is to get a feature with my favorite artist of all time, Wiz Khalifa.”
NoRecord Dam aims to provide a deeper understanding of who he is outside of his music and clothing line. His past, which includes a period of incarceration, is a part of his journey, but he emphasizes the importance of maintaining a positive outlook.
The latest album, “Hard 2 Kill,” by NoRecord Trill has been released across all platforms, featuring NoRecord Dam. Additionally, he will be releasing his single “Walking Dead,” which showcases a flow reminiscent of the Detroit area. “If you enjoy that style, you will definitely like this!” he encourages.
